For lawyers, marketers, engineers, executives — and everyone in between

Continuous control and trust for AI and enterprise work

For developers: your standards, checked — not just documented.

Rule
A clear expectation that your work must meet.
Check
A repeatable test of the work against one rule, with evidence.
Trust passport
A portable record of what was checked and what the result was.
Known Work
The decisions and existing work Verazyn keeps available for later sessions.

Your rules should be followed, your work should be remembered, and you should be able to prove both — whether the work came from a person, a system, or an AI.

Your AI is brilliant. It also forgot yesterday.

Working with AI across sessions is like hiring a brilliant new employee every morning who has forgotten everything from yesterday. You re-explain the rules and the work already done, by hand, every time. It's tiring, it's easy to forget something, and it's why people don't yet trust AI with real, ongoing work — whether you're a lawyer, a marketer, an accountant, or an engineer.

If you never open a terminal

A familiar window shows what is ready, what needs your decision, and what is still unverified. You click. You decide.

If you live in a terminal

The same checks from the CLI, CI, or your editor — so the work you already do carries proof.

How it works

You set the rules. Verazyn checks the work. You keep the proof.

1. Set your rules

Author your standing rules once — or import the ones you already keep in files. No version-control system required; Verazyn keeps its own change history.

A rule is a clear expectation the work must meet — for example, ‘customer-facing figures must name their source.’ Verazyn checks that expectation and shows the evidence.

2. Retrieve what's relevant

As you work, Verazyn brings the rules that apply to what you're doing to hand — and to any AI you use — so the right standards are always in reach.

3. Check the output

Fixed checks give a clear pass or fail, because they answer the same way every time; judgment checks add a senior-reviewer lens. If a check can't run, the result is marked Unverified — an honest state, never a silent pass.

4. Repair or review

A fix can be applied, proposed for you to accept, or routed to a person to decide — you choose who applies the fix.

5. Carry the proof

Every piece of work Verazyn checks gets a trust passport: what was checked, the versions, the verdicts, and whether it's safe to move forward.

Memory of the rules

In progress

The standing rules of your work are checked and enforced wherever the work comes from.

Memory of the work itself

In progress

Known Work / Project Memory keeps a persistent memory of what already exists, so nobody — person or assistant — rebuilds or contradicts it.

Why you can trust it

Honest by default

“Unverified” is a real, first-class state. If something can't be confirmed, Verazyn says so plainly instead of guessing.

Fixed checks first

Fixed checks give a clear pass or fail, because they answer the same way every time; judgment calls are labeled as such and can escalate to a human.

Bring your own model

Use your own AI provider key. In local mode, your requests go straight from your machine to your provider — Verazyn is never in the path.

You stay in charge

Verazyn watches the sources you authorize — AI output among them — and never replaces the accountable person's judgment.

Whoever you are, this is for you

One product, spoken in your words. If you are not a developer, you are not a second-class visitor. Non-developer solutions are designed for these teams as the product expands.

Developers & teams

CLI and MCP — check code against your standards from the terminal, or from the assistant you already use.

Engineering & security leaders

One place to see whether the work actually follows policy — AI-assisted change included — with an inspectable trail.

Legal, finance, marketing & more

The same engine for contracts, memos, campaigns, and proposals — designed for, as the product grows.

Regulated organizations

Deployment choices, your own models, and retained audit evidence — designed for enterprise pilots.

Auto rule generation (verazyn init)

Planned

Reads a project's own files and existing settings, then suggests rules it can show evidence for — none of which take effect until a person approves them.

Learn more→

Writing rules and keeping their history

In progress

Write, change and keep a history of rules, held either as files on your own machine or in a shared library with permissions.

Learn more→

Deterministic verification

In progress

Checks that reach an answer without asking an AI anything, so they give the same result every time — the built-in check types, plus a sealed space for your own.

Learn more→

Repair modes (Auto / Assisted / Review / Monitor)

In progress

How something caught gets fixed — automatically, proposed for review, or only flagged — and checked again once a fix is applied.

Learn more→

Artifact Trust Passport & public badge

In progress

A shareable record of what was checked and what the verdict was, which anyone you give it to can verify for themselves.

Learn more→

Project Memory — where decisions are kept

In progress

Where remembered decisions are kept, separated per customer: stable entries, a permanent version for every change, and the links between them.

Learn more→

AI Rule-Adherence Index

Planned

A neutral, repeated public benchmark of how closely different AI agents and models follow a given set of rules, with a method anyone can reproduce.

Interactive CLI / terminal UI

On the roadmap

The interactive command-line experience — a session that stays open, a live command menu and full-colour output. ON HOLD since 2026-08-18 by project-owner decision.
