1. Overview
These terms will govern your access to and use of Verazyn. By using the product you will agree to the final version of these terms once published.
2. Acceptable use
You may use Verazyn to check and improve AI-generated work you are authorized to handle. You may not use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to compromise the service or other users.
3. Accounts and model keys
You are responsible for your account and for the AI provider keys you connect. In local mode your requests go directly to your provider; you remain responsible for your provider's terms and costs.
4. Your content and rules
You keep ownership of the work, rules, and evidence you bring to or create in Verazyn. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
5. No guarantee of adherence
Verazyn makes adherence checkable and gaps visible; it does not guarantee that any output is fully correct or fully compliant, and it does not replace the accountable person's judgment.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Verazyn is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited as the final terms will specify.
7. Changes
We will publish the effective terms here and note the effective date. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
